Cancellation Policy

Our policy allows for rescheduling and cancellations with a notice of at least 24 hours in advance. When it comes to rescheduling, we understand that plans can change. We're happy to accommodate rescheduling requests, as long as the new service date falls within a 10-day window from the original booking. This flexibility ensures that our customers have the opportunity to adjust their appointments to better suit their schedules. In the event of a cancellation, we offer a full refund of the deposit amount, provided that the cancellation is made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time. This gives our clients peace of mind knowing that they can receive their deposit back if circumstances require them to cancel their booking within a reasonable timeframe.
